Today’s adventure takes us to the enchanting Fes Medina, where we’ll uncover the city’s finest attractions. Prepare to be mesmerized as we immerse ourselves in the bustling alleys, vibrant markets, and historical treasures of this ancient city. From centuries-old mosques and madrasas to colorful souks and artisan workshops, the Fes Medina offers a captivating journey through Morocco’s rich cultural heritage. Today’s journey begins with a hotel pickup in Fes, where we’ll venture towards the Middle Atlas mountains to explore the charming city of Ifrane, often referred to as the “Switzerland of Morocco” due to its picturesque landscapes. Our next stop takes us to the cedar forest near Azrou, a natural wonder with majestic trees and a chance to encounter friendly Barbary Macaques.

Continuing our adventure, we reach Erfoud, where we’ll visit a fascinating fossil factory, witnessing the exquisite craftsmanship of fossilized artifacts. Our exploration leads us to the vibrant local souk in Rissani, immersing ourselves in the authentic atmosphere of a traditional market.

As the day draws to a close, we arrive at Merzouga, where we’ll prepare for an unforgettable camel ride into the heart of the Sahara desert. Embarking on this magical journey, we’ll reach our desert camp, Zahra Desert Camp, where we’ll enjoy a night under the starlit sky.
