Afterward, we make our way to Midelt for a delightful lunch. Our next destination is the Sahara desert, and we traverse the scenic Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass while enjoying the captivating views along the Ziz river.

Upon reaching the Sahara desert of Merzouga in the afternoon, embark on an unforgettable camel ride across the vast expanse of sandy dunes. As the day draws to a close, a captivating stop is made atop a high dune, where you can witness the enchanting sunset, painting the desert in magical hues. Continuing your desert adventure, you arrive at the desert camp where you can immerse yourself in the rhythms of Berber drums, dance around the campfire, and marvel at the breathtaking starry sky above. A delicious dinner awaits, followed by an overnight stay in the tranquil ambiance of the desert camp.

Start your day early in the morning to witness the breathtaking sunrise in the middle of the desert. After a peaceful breakfast, you will ride camels back to Merzouga, where your driver awaits. Departing from the desert, the next stop is Rissani, the ancient capital of Tafilalet. Rissani continues to be a prominent trading center in the region, with a bustling souk that comes alive on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Take a leisurely stroll through the vibrant souk before continuing the journey to Erfoud, where you’ll have the opportunity to visit one of the workshops specializing in fossilized marble.

Driving along the picturesque Ziz River, you’ll make a stop to enjoy a panoramic view of the stunning Ziz Valley. The journey continues through the captivating cedar forest and the charming town of Ifrane, before reaching the final destination of Fes.
