Our journey then unfolds, leading us to the ancient Roman marvel of Volubilis. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, these ruins stand as a testament to the empire’s grandeur. Continuing our adventure, we meander towards the cedar forest, a realm where the playful Barbary macaques make their abode. Amidst the trees, feel free to share moments with these curious creatures, weaving a memory of wildlife encounters into your journey.

Our voyage leads us to Midelt, a haven that gifts you with free time to indulge in a leisurely lunch, savoring the local flavors amidst the beauty of the surroundings. Our destination for the evening is a desert camp that marries the authenticity of nomadic tents with the luxury of a hotel. The journey continues as you return on camelback to Merzouga, where your awaiting driver stands ready. Departing the desert’s embrace, we transition from the arid expanse to the charming alpine-style houses of the region. Our path guides us to Rissani, a town that once held the mantle of Tafilalet’s capital. Today, Rissani remains a vibrant trading hub, bustling with activity three days a week.

A leisurely saunter through Rissani’s bustling souk offers glimpses of local life, a portrait of the town’s enduring heritage. Our expedition persists to Erfoud, where we delve into the world of fossilized marble in one of the workshops. The journey unfolds through the picturesque palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad, leading us to the awe-inspiring Todra Gorges.

Inevitable stops offer the chance to admire the unique rock formation known as “monkey fingers” and to drink in panoramic views of the Dades Valley.

As the day settles into evening, a delectable dinner awaits within the embrace of a comfortable hotel. This marks the sixth day of your journey, a symphony of experiences that seamlessly transition from sunrise to sunset, desert to valley, and mountains to canyons.

On the final day of our journey, we set forth towards Kalaa Magouna, a path that leads us to the enchanting Rose Valley. This valley is not only a place of beauty but also a hub of cultural significance, hosting the annual Rose Festival in May. During this festival, locals proudly showcase their rose products, from perfumes and rose water to oils and cosmetic treasures.

Our passage takes us through the palm groves of Skoura, where nature’s lush embrace paints a verdant backdrop for our travels. We then arrive at Ouarzazate, where the realm of cinema awaits. We venture into the studios that have witnessed the creation of famous movies, adding a touch of cinematic enchantment to our journey.

Our path carries us further to the iconic Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village that stands as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This historical gem has graced the silver screen in numerous movies, including Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy, and even the legendary TV series Game of Thrones.

As the day evolves, our route unfurls through the majestic Tizi-N-Tichka pass, winding its way through the grandeur of the High Atlas Mountains. Stops along the way offer moments to savor lunch and capture photographs of the captivating landscapes.

As the sun nears the horizon, we arrive in Marrakech, the vibrant city that has witnessed the unfolding of your Moroccan odyssey. From here, we escort you to the airport or your chosen accommodation, marking the end of your 7-day journey through the wonders of Morocco.
