Welcome to the start of your 5-day Sahara Desert Tour from Agadir! After being picked up from your hotel in Agadir, we embark on our journey towards the vibrant city of Marrakech.

As we travel towards Marrakech, we’ll soak in the diverse landscapes of Morocco, passing through charming towns and scenic vistas along the way.

Upon arrival in Marrakech, we dive straight into the heart of the city’s bustling medina. Our first stop is the iconic Jamma El Fna square, a vibrant hub of activity where locals and tourists alike converge to experience the sights and sounds of Marrakech. From snake charmers to street performers, the square is alive with energy and excitement.

Next, we navigate through the labyrinthine streets of the medina, immersing ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the souks. Marvel at the colorful displays of spices, textiles, and handicrafts as we wander through the bustling market stalls, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells of this sensory-rich experience.

Our exploration continues with a visit to the traditional tanneries, where skilled artisans use age-old techniques to tan and dye leather. Witness the fascinating process firsthand and learn about the centuries-old tradition that has been passed down through generations.

As the day draws to a close, we visit the majestic Bahia Palace, an architectural masterpiece that showcases the opulence and grandeur of Moroccan design. Explore the intricately decorated courtyards, adorned with ornate tilework and lush gardens, and learn about the palace’s rich history and significance.

After a day filled with exploration and discovery, we retire to a local riad for a restful overnight stay, reflecting on the beauty and wonder of Marrakech’s medina. Get ready for more adventures to come in the days ahead!

Our day begins with an early pick-up from your riad in Marrakech, as we embark on the next leg of our journey towards Boumalne Dades.

Leaving Marrakech behind, we traverse the spectacular Tizi-n-Tichka pass in the High Atlas Mountains, offering panoramic views of the rugged landscapes below. Along the way, we stop at a small village where you can witness local women producing traditional Moroccan oil, gaining insight into their time-honored techniques.

Our next stop is the iconic Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and renowned filming location for blockbuster movies such as “Lawrence of Arabia,” “Gladiator,” and “Alexander.” Explore the ancient labyrinthine streets of this historic fortress, marveling at its well-preserved architecture and rich history.

After exploring Ait Benhaddou, we continue our journey to Ouarzazate, where we visit the impressive Taourirt Kasbah and the Atlas Film Studios, known as the Hollywood of Morocco. Discover the behind-the-scenes magic of movie-making as you explore the sets and props used in some of cinema’s most iconic films.

Continuing on our route, we make our way through the picturesque Roses Valley, famous for its annual Festival of Roses, and stop in the oasis town of Skoura to admire its lush palm groves and historic kasbahs.

Our journey then takes us through El Kelaa des MGouna before reaching our final destination for the day, Boumalne Dades. Here, we check into our hotel in the stunning Dades Valley, where you can relax and unwind amidst breathtaking scenery.

Enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel, savoring the flavors of traditional Moroccan cuisine, before retiring for the night, ready to continue our Sahara Desert adventure tomorrow.

After breakfast we will explore the Dades Valley before arriving at the oasis city of Tineghir. We continue on to Todra
Gorge for adventure trek the 300m canyons before lunch. WE continue to Erfoud and after visiting the fossil workshop,
we will head towards Erg Chebbi sand dunes. We wiill enjoy the adventure camel ride to the desert camp. After dinner
and drum music around the camp fire, you will sleep in Berber tents.

Rise and shine! Today begins with an early wake-up call to witness the breathtaking spectacle of the sunrise over the vast expanse of the Merzouga Desert. As the first light of dawn illuminates the golden sands, you’ll be treated to a truly unforgettable sight.

After soaking in the beauty of the sunrise, we gather for a hearty breakfast before bidding farewell to the desert and our beloved camel companions. We embark on a scenic drive back to civilization, traversing through the captivating landscapes of Rissani and Tazarine.

Continuing our journey, we venture into the stunning Draa Valley, where lush palm groves and picturesque villages dot the landscape. Along the way, we pass through the charming town of Agdz, known for its traditional Berber architecture and vibrant markets.

Our final destination for the day is Zagora, a gateway to the Sahara Desert and a town steeped in history and culture. Upon arrival, you’ll have some free time to explore Zagora at your leisure and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, savoring the flavors of authentic Moroccan cuisine.

In the evening, we check into our hotel in Zagora, where you can relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Indulge in a delicious dinner featuring local specialties, and reflect on the memories made as you prepare for another day of exploration in the Sahara Desert. Today we will drive towards Agadir crosiing Taznakht, which is an important center of carpets weaving. We visit
Taliouine and you visitia cooperative of saffron which is the region’s income. We arrive to Taroudante which is know as a
